Patrice’s writing workshops help people heal by using intensive and guided writing to help explore and overcome past trauma’s. Writing allows us to explore the past while developing the courage and power to overcome. She encourages people to deeply dive into their own personal experiences and use those experiences as tools and motivation to empower and most importantly to heal. While Patrice maintains that healing is a continuously journey that must actively be pursued, she provides the tools to ignite the story and healing inside us all.
